The CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding attended the 43rd meeting of the Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices of the OECD

On October 29-30, the 43rd meeting of the Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices was held in the administrative building of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.

At the opening ceremony, which was also attended by the delegation of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), the new version of the "OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises" last published in 2015, was officially presented. During the meeting, panel sessions were held on "Sustainability and State Ownership" "Public Policy Objectives of SOEs: Concept Note for a Stocktaking Study" and other topics.

Speaking at the panel session on “Revised questionnaire for the revised guidelines and format of future SOE reviews” the CEO of AIH, Ruslan Alikhanov, shared his opinions and feedback on the “Review of corporate governance of Azerbaijan Investment Holding and its enterprise portfolio” project and the overall review process conducted by the OECD during 2023-2024. Additionally, by answering several questions, he provided extensive information to the session participants about the work done in the field of corporate governance and the positive results achieved so far.
