Supervisory Board of “Tamiz Shahar” OJSC held its first meeting in the newly constituted composition

On 5 August, the Supervisory Board of “Tamiz Shahar” OJSC held its first meeting in the newly formed composition.

The meeting was chaired by Rashad Ismayilov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Members of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of the Company, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Investment Holding attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the Company's audited financial statements for 2025 were presented, and the executive body was assigned respective tasks. The Supervisory Board also considered other items on the agenda, exchanged views on their implementation, and put forward relevant proposals.

It should be noted that “Tamiz Shahar” OJSC was transferred to the management of Azerbaijan Investment Holding pursuant to the Order No. 2908 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 September 2021. In accordance with the Presidential Order No. 967 dated 4 March 2026 and the Presidential Decree No. 675 dated 26 May 2026, the new composition of the Company's Supervisory Board was appointed.
