Tamiz Shahar OJSC Supervisory Board holds another meeting

The latest meeting of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC took place on September 20. 

The meeting chaired by Mukhtar Babayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC and the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, gathered the members of the Supervisory Board, the executive body, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Azerbaijan Investment Holding.

After reviewing a report on improving the efficiency of management at Tamiz Shahar OJSC and discussing possibilities for increasing revenues generated from the activities of the company, the Supervisory Board adopted relevant resolutions.

Furthermore, other issues related to the current activity of the company were reviewed.

It should be noted that the composition of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC was restructured according to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 22, 2021.
