Tamiz Shahar OJSC Supervisory Board holds a meeting

The members of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman and other representatives of the Board of Directors of Tamiz Shahar OJSC, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Azerbaijan Investment Holding attended the meeting chaired by Mukhtar Babayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the results of the first half of 2024 as well as current issues related to the activities of the company were discussed, and a number of tasks were assigned to the Board of Directors. Moreover, the meeting participants exchanged their views on further steps to ensure the sustainable development of Tamiz Shahar OJSC.

It should be noted that the composition of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC was restructured according to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 22, 2021.
