“Tamiz Shahar” OJSC Supervisory Board discusses results of internal audit inspections for 2023

The Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC discussed reports on the activities of the Coordination office and the results of internal audit inspections for 2023, the operation of the Baku Solid Domestic Waste Incineration Plant and other important issues related to the company’s operations, at the meeting held on May 25.

The meeting, chaired by Mukhtar Babayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was attended by the members of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman and staff of the Board of Directors of Tamiz Shahar OJSC, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Azerbaijan Investment Holding. 

The composition of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC was restructured according to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 22, 2021.
