SOCAR supervisory board reviews results of ESG rating research

The Supervisory Board of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has convened to discuss key operational and sustainability performance outcomes.
The meeting chaired by SOCAR Supervisory Board Chairman and Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, focused on the company’s audited performance for the first half of 2024, a review of the 2023 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and budget forecasts for 2025.
The board also discussed SOCAR’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, reviewing the findings from a study on SOCAR’s ESG rating and other strategic issues.
