SB of "Tamiz Shahar" held its next meeting.

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar”, chaired by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, was attended by the members of the Supervisory Board, the CEO of “Tamiz Shahar” ,representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan and Investment Holding (AIH) was held.

During the meeting, discussions took place regarding the establishment of the Coordination Office and the appointment of its head, the management report for 2022, and the corporate key efficiency indicators (KPI) for 2023. Subsequently, appropriate decisions were made.

The Supervisory Board of "Tamiz Shahar" Joint-Stock Company was reorganized by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 22, 2021.
