AzerGold Supervisory Board discusses new targets for extraction, production of metal ores

The Supervisory Board of AzerGold CJSC discussed the company’s operations, including the approval of the new corporate structure, implementation of technical, legal and financial due diligence for investment projects, and other topics in a regular meeting on May 10.

The organization of a new testing laboratory in the Chovdar Integrated Regional Processing Area located in Dashkasan district and new targets for the extraction and production of metal ores was also discussed at the meeting, chaired by Matin Eynullayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

The meeting also reviewed the work undertaken and measures implemented by the company during the current year in order to fulfill the tasks arising from relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Appropriate decisions were made on the issues discussed.
