AIH CEO holds final meetings with "Yukselish" competition winners

Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) Ruslan Alikhanov has held the final meetings with his mentees, as part of the mentorship program of the "Yukselish” competition.

He discussed the current activities of Shahin Mahmudzade, Director General of the Central Bank, and Mirza Alakbar Babayev, the Chief Operating Officer of Azerbaijan Trading Corporation group of companies, and shared his experience and recommendations for their professional development as their mentor. Topics of mutual interest and an exchange of views on potential future collaboration were also discussed during the meeting.

In the end, Ruslan Alikhanov wished the competition winners success in their future endeavors and the mentees expressed their gratitude for the genuineness and emphasized the benefit of the meetings with their mentor as part of the one-year personal development plan.
