AIH representatives participate in China–Azerbaijan industrial, investment promotion conference

Representatives of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) participated in “China–Azerbaijan Industrial and Investment Promotion Conference” held in Beijing, on April 17 and 18.

The conference was organized with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in collaboration with the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), the Trade Representative Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Capital Department of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China, and the Center for International Cooperation.

During the event, AIH representatives actively participated in discussions on cooperation prospects between Azerbaijan and China across various economic sectors, mutually beneficial projects, and strategic investment initiatives. They also provided detailed information on AIH’s key activities and ongoing efforts to advance state-owned enterprises within its portfolio. Initiatives related to forming  investment policy and attracting foreign direct investment were also discussed.

The conference was attended by representatives of government agencies from both countries, ambassadors, and business leaders across various sectors. Potential new avenues for cooperation were explored during bilateral meetings held within the framework of the event.
