AIH CEO continues meetings with "Yukselish" competition winners

Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) Ruslan Alikhanov continues to meet with his mentees, as part of the mentorship program of the "Yukselish” competition.

He met with Shahin Mahmudzade, the Director General of the Central Bank, and Mirza Alakbar Babayev, the Chief Operating Officer of Azerbaijan Trading Corporation Distribution company to discuss their current roles and share his own professional experience and recommendations for their development as their mentor.

Following a comprehensive exchange of opinions on topics of mutual interest, Ruslan Alikhanov wished success to the winners of the competition in their future careers. The competition winners, in turn, thanked for the sincere meeting and emphasized the importance of a one-year personal development plan provided through the program. 

The competition consists of five stages: registration, online selection, face-to-face assessment, semi-final, and final. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from executive mentors (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html) and a self-development grant of 20,000 AZN each.

Established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019, the "Yukselish" competition is open to Azerbaijani citizens aged 21-51 with a university degree and two years of management experience.  On December 25, 2023, President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to launch the fourth "Yukselish" competition.
