AIH and China’s SASAC discuss possibilities of multidimensional cooperation

Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) Ruslan Alikhanov held a meeting with the leadership of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) on July 24, as part of a business trip to the People's Republic of China.

The meeting organized at the SASAC headquarters covered topics such as the possibilities of multidimensional cooperation and experience sharing between the two institutions. 

The participants were informed about the operation of SASAC, its areas of specialization, and the latest achievements of state institutions under its control, followed by the presentations of the Heads of Bureaus such as International Cooperation, Planning and Development, Scientific and Technological Innovations, and Social Responsibility at SASAC on the work accomplished and results achieved. by divisions.

The AIH delegation, in turn, provided information about the activities of the state-owned enterprises under its management and AIH's functions and mandate. 

During the meeting, the parties expressed their intention to enhance partnership in shaping future cooperation and exchanging experiences between both institutions, as well as the SOEs under their management. 

They also noted the significance of hosting the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC- COP29 in Azerbaijan, and the SASAC delegation's interest in participating in this event was noted.
