Baku Metro Supervisory Board discusses operational performance

The Supervisory Board of Baku Metro CJSC held its next meeting.

Chaired by Elnur Aliyev, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the meeting was attended by Supervisory Board members, Zaur Huseynov, Chairman of the Baku Metro Board of Directors, and other Baku Metro CJSC officials.

The meeting reviewed the company's performance in legal, financial, tax, and commercial areas. The Board approved a new composition for the Audit, Strategy, and Investment Committees and finalized the new staffing table. Other operational matters were also discussed.

The Supervisory Board of Baku Metro CJSC was established according to Presidential Order No. 2515 of March 30, 2021.
