Azer-Turk Bank Supervisory Board reorganized

The Supervisory Board of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC was reorganized at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the bank’s shareholders on November 4.

Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding Ruslan Alikhanov, Director of the Department of Legal Support and Liaison with State Institutions at Azerbaijan Investment Holding Gunel Javadova and Head of Division at the Public Debt and Financial Liabilities Management Agency under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Parvin Manafov, were elected as members of the bank's Supervisory Board.

At the General Meeting of shareholders, Ruslan Alikhanov was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Azer-Turk Bank OJSC, established in 1995, is 75% state-owned. According to the Order signed by President Ilham Aliyev on July 16, 2022, “On improving the management of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC,” the bank was transferred to the management of Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
