BakuBus Supervisory Board reviews operations, future plans

The Supervisory Board of BakuBus LLC reviewed operations and future plans at a meeting on November 5.

Chaired by Elnur Aliyev, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the meeting was attended by Supervisory Board members, representatives from Azerbaijan Investment Holding, and executives from BakuBus LLC.

The meeting reviewed the company's management report and addressed critical issues, including the technical servicing of buses and the procurement of essential spare parts. Furthermore, the Board focused on ensuring the company's financial stability, planning for the launch of new routes, and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiency.

The Supervisory Board of "BakuBus" LLC, was established according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 30, 2021.
