Tamiz Shahar Supervisory Board discusses future investment projects

The Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar Open Joint Stock Company held its next meeting.

Chaired by Mukhtar Babayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the meeting was attended by Supervisory Board members, the Chairman and other members of the Tamiz Shahar OJSC Board of Directors, and representatives from Azerbaijan Investment Holding.

The meeting reviewed the company's audited financial report for 2020 and discussed the establishment of an internal audit service. The Work Plan of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board for 2022 was subsequently approved. Furthermore, participants considered the scope and direction of the company's future activities, including potential investment projects, to ensure Tamiz Shahar OJSC's long-term economic stability and operational efficiency. Appropriate decisions were made on all agenda items.

The Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC was established under the Presidential Decree of September 22, 2021.
