Tamiz Shahar Supervisory Board approves new corporate structure

The Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar Open Joint Stock Company has held its next meeting.

Chaired by Mukhtar Babayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the meeting was attended by Supervisory Board members, the CEO of Tamiz Shahar, and representatives from Azerbaijan Investment Holding.

The meeting reviewed the company's budget for 2022, including the Action Plan developed based on the diagnostic assessment of its performance in legal, financial, tax, and commercial areas. Participants also discussed and approved a new corporate structure for Tamiz Shahar.

The Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar OJSC was reorganized by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 September 2021.
