AIH Supervisory Board hold its next meeting

The agenda of the meeting on October 15, 2021, chaired by Ali Asadov, Chairman of the AIH Supervisory Board, included a performance diagnostic review of four portfolio companies in the transport sector: Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, Baku Metro CJSC, and BakuBus LLC. 

The meeting discussed the diagnostic results and corporate governance standards of these portfolio companies, as well as an evaluation of the activities of their governing bodies.

Reports were presented by Matin Eynullayev, Chairman of the AIH Board of Directors, and Ruslan Alikhanov, CEO of AIH. The meeting also included extensive discussions of presentations by the chairmen of the supervisory boards and company managers of the transport sector portfolio companies regarding the diagnostic outcomes.
