Tamiz Shahar holds meeting of its newly reorganized Supervisory Board

The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of Tamiz Shahar Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC), reorganized by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 22, 2021, was held.

The meeting, chaired by Mukhtar Babayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, was attended by members of the Supervisory Board, the Director, and other members of the Board of Directors of Tamiz Shahar.

The meeting discussed the implementation of follow-up tasks arising from relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the principles of corporate governance of Tamiz Shahar OJSC, the organization of the Supervisory Board's activities, the main functions of Azerbaijan Investment Holding in the company's management system, and other relevant matters.
