BakuBus Supervisory Board holds its next meeting

The Supervisory Board of BakuBus LLC, established by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 30, 2021, held its next meeting.

The meeting, chaired by Elnur Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, was attended by members of the Supervisory Board and senior BakuBus LLC officials.

The meeting discussed the establishment of an internal audit function and the restructuring of the Company's organizational structure, and made relevant decisions.

Furthermore, participants discussed other matters related to the Company's financial sustainability and performance improvement.
