AzerGold Supervisory Board discusses corporate management standards

The Supervisory Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company, AzerGold CJSC, held its next meeting in 2021, where the Supervisory Board members, as well as the Chairman and members of AzerGold’s Board of Directors were present.

During the meeting, the SB Chairman Rovshan Najaf stressed that the Supervisory Board is currently working to further increase the efficiency of the performance capability of AzerGold CJSC.

The meeting saw the SB’s decisions to bring AzerGold`s activities in line with advanced corporate management standards. Then a presentation was made with the participation of international experts on the next steps to be taken to ensure the implementation of the follow-up tasks issued from relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 The attendees had detailed discussions on various topical issues, as well as the adoption of policies related to AzerGold activities.
