Azerbaijan Airlines Supervisory Board discusses current operations, governance improvements

Members of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC, and other officials attended an online meeting chaired by Rashad Nabiyev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Minister of Digital Development and Transport.

The meeting discussed and approved the regulations and composition of committees established to improve the management of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC in line with modern corporate governance standards, as well as the regulations for the corporate secretary.

Additionally, current operational matters of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC were discussed.

The Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC was established by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 30, 2021.
