Azer-Turk Bank Supervisory Board reviews management report for first quarter of 2024
The Supervisory Board of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC reviewed the management report of the Bank for the first quarter of 2024 in a meeting on May 14.
The meeting was chaired by Ruslan Alikhanov, CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the bank, with the participation of members of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman and other members of the Board of Directors of the Bank, and representatives of Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
The meeting also included a discussion of the Bank's Risk Management report for the first quarter of 2024, and an exchange of views on the analysis and latest trends of the banking sector for the same period.
During the meeting, the Bank’s Internal Audit Department presented its report on the results of the audit inspections conducted in the Bank and the measures taken at the Bank.
The participants also addressed other important issues related to the Bank's operation.
"Azer-Turk Bank" OJSC, operating since 1995, was transferred to the management of Azerbaijan Investment Holding in accordance with the Order of President Ilham Aliyev dated September 22, 2021.
