Azer Turk Bank Supervisory Board holds meeting

The Supervisory Board of Azer Turk Bank OJSC held a meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Ruslan Alikhanov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank and Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), and attended by the members of the Supervisory Board, representatives of AIH, the Chairman and other members of the Management Board of the Bank.

The meeting included discussions of the Bank's management and risk management reports for the first quarter of 2025, and progress in transformation efforts. Furthermore, a  report on the audit inspections of 2024 conducted by the Bank’s internal audit unit and the implementation status of the measures taken by the Bank's Management Board regarding the audit results were also presented.

Additionally, the participants discussed other important issues related to the Bank's activities.
