Prime Minister chairs AIH Supervisory Board’s meeting

A meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) was held on March 10.

Chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the AIH Supervisory Board, Ali Asadov, the meeting discussed AIH's 2021 annual report, the performance diagnostics of three portfolio companies – Azer-Turk Bank OJSC, Azersigorta OJSC and Tamiz Shahar OJSC – and the establishment of Coordination Offices within these portfolio companies, along with other relevant issues.

The meeting also included reports by Matin Eynullayev, Chairman of the AIH Board of Directors, and Ruslan Alikhanov, Chief Executive Officer of AIH. Extensive discussions followed speeches by the Chairmen of the Supervisory Boards of the respective portfolio companies and company managers regarding the diagnostic results.
