AIH Supervisory Board discusses corporate governance

A meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) was held on December 26 under the chairmanship of Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the AIH Supervisory Board.

The meeting discussed the principles and approaches to corporate governance for portfolio companies already transferred to AIH management and those planned for future transfer, including management models, structural and operational principles, and current matters related to the state-owned companies.

The AIH Supervisory Board made relevant decisions regarding the corporate governance of portfolio companies.
