AIH CEO Ruslan Alikhanov held a meeting with the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition

Within the framework of the mentoring program of the second "Yukselish" competition, the meetings between the mentors and the winners of the competition have started. Chief Executive Officer of AIH Ruslan Alikhanov has met with the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, Azer Azimov and Huseyn Mahmudov.

Ruslan Alikhanov congratulated the winners on their victory and wished them further success. AIH's CEO stressed that, as a mentor, he would closely cooperate with them based on a 1-year personal development plan, share his experience, and support the winners to reveal their potential. The winners expressed gratitude for the sincere meeting and said they wanted to benefit from Ruslan Alikhanov's professional experience within the mentoring program.

It should be noted that the winners of the "Yukselish" competition receive a 1-year personal development plan and a prize of AZN 20,000 each. The "Yukselish" competition was established on July 26, 2019, by a decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to identify and support promising executives with high intellectual levels and management skills, as well as to establish a personnel reserve bank in the country. On December 20, 2022, the decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, regarding holding the next "Yukselish" competition in 2023.
