AIH CEO participates in OECD Working Group’s meeting on State Ownership and Privatization Practices

The 45th meeting of the OECD Working Group on State Ownership and Privatization Practices was held in Paris, on October 28-29, 2025.

During the meeting, panel sessions were held on the “Ownership policy good practice guide”, “Public policy objectives of state-owned enterprises”, “Managing risks and opportunities related to state ownership” and other relevant topics.

Within the framework of the event, Ruslan Alikhanov, CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), delivered a speech at the panel session on the “Ownership policy good practice guide,” presenting his feedback and recommendations on the OECD-prepared guidelines, and noted that the document makes a significant contribution to the development of a transparent, accountable, and professional state ownership policy for governments, and emphasized the strategic importance of state ownership issues, as well as the necessity of effective policy and management in this area for economic resilience and long-term development.
