AIH CEO meets with winners of third "Yukselish" competition

Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) Ruslan Alikhanov has met with the winners of the third "Yukselish” competition, Asad Gurbanzade and Farid Isayev, and mentees of Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as part of the mentorship program of the competition.

The CEO congratulated the winners on their achievements, inquired about their current areas of activities, and shared his experience and advice. The meeting included a comprehensive exchange of views on questions raised by the competition winners. 

The winners expressed their gratitude to Mr. Alikhanov for the warm reception and emphasized the importance of such meetings for their future development.

The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from executive mentors and a self-development grant of 20,000 AZN each.

On 25 December 2023, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed an Order to launch the fourth "Yukselish" competition. Established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019, the "Yukselish" competition is open to Azerbaijani citizens aged 21-51 with a university degree and two years of management experience. The competition consists of five stages: registration, online selection, face-to-face assessment, semi-final, and final.
