AIH CEO meets winners of "Yukselish" competition

CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) Ruslan Alikhanov has held the final meeting with the winners of the "Yukselish" competition as part of the mentorship program of the competition.  

Alikhanov met the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, Azar Azimov and Huseyn Mahmudov, and the first meeting with the third "Yukselish" competition winners, Shahin Mahmudzade and Mirza Alakbar Babayev. 

The AIH CEO expressed his satisfaction with the mutually beneficial cooperation with the winners of the second competition. He expressed his intention to continue close cooperation with the winners, sharing his experience and helping them realize their potential. He also wished them success in their future career development.

During the meeting with the winners of the third competition, Ruslan Alikhanov congratulated them on their achievements and discussed their current areas of activity. As their mentor, he affirmed his commitment to working closely with them, sharing his experience, and encouraging their involvement in projects aligned with their goals. 

Mr. Alikhanov also informed the winners of the competition about AIH and presented them with relevant tasks for the preparation of preliminary proposals. The winners of both competitions, in turn, thanked for the sincere reception and emphasized the importance of a one-year personal development plan.

On 25 December 2023, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed an Order to launch the fourth "Yukselish" competition.
Established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019, the "Yukselish" competition is open to Azerbaijani citizens aged 21-51 with a university degree and two years of management experience. The competition consists of five stages: registration, online selection, face-to-face assessment, semi-final, and final.  The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from executive mentors and a self-development grant of 20,000 AZN each.
