AIH CEO held a meeting with the winners of "Yukselish" competition

As part of the Mentorship Program the meetings between the mentors and winners of the "Yukselish" competition continue. The CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), Ruslan Alikhanov, held the final meeting with the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, Azar Azimov and Huseyn Mahmudov, and the preliminary meeting with the winners of the third "Yukselish" competition, Shahin Mahmudzade and Mirza Alakbar Babayev.

AIH’s CEO expressed his satisfaction with the mutually beneficial cooperation with the winners of the second competition. He informed them that he would continue to closely collaborate and share his experience with the competition winners, help to reveal their potential, and wish them success in their future career development.

At the meeting, Ruslan Alikhanov also congratulated the winners of the third competition on their achievements and talked to them about their current activities. He stressed that, as their mentor, he would closely cooperate and share his experience with the winners based on a one-year personal development plan and help them to realize their potential, as well as take the initiative in involving them in the projects in line with their future goals. 

At the meeting, Ruslan Alikhanov informed the winners of the competition about AIH and presented them with relevant tasks for the preparation of preliminary proposals. The winners of both competitions, in turn, thanked for the sincere reception and emphasized the importance of a one-year personal development plan.

It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 26 July 2019. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 21 to 51 years with higher education and two years of managerial experience can participate in the competition. The competition consists of 5 stages - registration, online selection, in-person selection, semi-final, and final. The winners of the competition receive a personal development plan for a year from managers (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html) and a self-development grant of 20,000 manats each.

On 25 December 2023, the Decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on holding the fourth "Yukselish" competition.
