ASCO holds Supervisory Board’s next meeting for 2021
Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping Closed Joint Stock Company (ASCO) held a meeting of its Supervisory Board for 2021.
The meeting, attended by members of ASCO's Board of Directors, reviewed the implementation of decisions and tasks issued by the Board of Directors, as well as proposals from the Board of Directors' committees regarding the organization of internal audit within the Company.
The Supervisory Board discussed the accuracy of the forecast indicators of the Company's income and expense estimate for the previous year and reviewed preliminary indicators for the next year's income and expense estimate.
Meeting participants also shared their views on improving ASCO's legal and corporate structure to mitigate and prevent potential risks, including a discussion of the "Report on Sustainable Development" covering 2020–2021.
The Supervisory Board discussed other current matters related to Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping CJSC and made appropriate decisions.
The Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping Closed Joint Stock Company was established according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 11, 2021.
