Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist

Azerbaijan Investment Holding is announcing the position of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist for its IT and Digital Solutions Division, Administrative Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and support the implementation of information security policies, procedures, and standards;
• Conduct systematic, risk-based assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities across information systems, data, and networks;
• Assess the effectiveness of information security policies, processes, and technologies;
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions based on assessment and review findings;
• Support the continuous improvement of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes;
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans;
• Analyze the results of security reviews, assessments, and testing, and monitor the implementation of follow-up actions;
• Apply information security principles and international best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field;
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of information security and personal data protection;
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and COBIT standards;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (intermediate), Russian (intermediate);
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
