The Supervisory Board of Baku Metro CJSC held its following meeting.

The meeting, chaired by the first Deputy Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Elnur Aliyev, was attended by members of the Supervisory Board, Chairman of Baku Metro Board of Directors, Zaur Huseynov, and other officials of Baku Metro CJSC. 

The Company's performance in the legal, financial, tax and commercial spheres were discussed by meeting participants. Besides new composition of Audit, Strategy and Investment Committees and the new staffing table were approved during the meeting.

Other issues on companies’ performance were discussed by the meeting attendees.

The Supervisory Board of Baku Metro CJSC was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated the 30th of March 2021.
