Memorial ceremony of the creator of modern independent Azerbaijan, great leader Heydar Aliyev held in Azerbaijan Investment Holding. The event participants honored the memory of the Azerbaijani national leader, Heydar Aliyev.

Addressing the ceremony, CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding Ruslan Alikhanov highlighted the unique role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the history of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The greatness of his genius has been understood more deeply over the years. Our country started to develop and became recognized in the international arena, thanks to his wise policy that the independence of Azerbaijan was preserved,

 "Contract of the Century" was signed in 1994 on September 20 by the effort of a national leader with leading mining companies in the world.

Mr. Alikhanov emphasized that Heydar Aliyev, who earned the title of National leader of the Azerbaijani people by devoting his valuable and meaningful life to Azerbaijan and rendering unparalleled services to the nation, will live forever in the hearts of every citizen, and his unforgettable memory will always be remembered with great respect.

The event featured the screening of a documentary dedicated to national leader Heydar Aliyev.
