AIH Supervisory Board held next meeting

A Meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) was held on March 10, 2022.

During the meeting chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Chairman of AIH Supervisory Board, Ali Asadov  AIH’s 2021 annual report, diagnostics of performance results of 3 portfolio companies: “Azer-Turk Bank” OJSC, Azersigorta OJSC, and “Tamiz Sheher” OJSC, the establishment of the Coordination Offices in portfolio companies and other relevant issues were discussed.

The reports of Mr.Matin Eynullayev, the Chairman of the AIH Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of AIH, Mr. Ruslan Alikhanov were heard. Besides, meeting attendees made discussions on the speeches of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and heads of the companies .
