The composition of the Supervisory Board of Azergold Closed Joint-Stock Company was changed

President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order amending the Presidential Order No 2515 dated February 22, 2021 'On approving the structure of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold CJSC'.

Pursuant to the Order, the following composition of the Supervisory Board of Azergold was approved:   

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Matin Eynullayev-Chief of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Executive Board of AIH

Members of the Supervisory Board

Samed Bashirli- Head of Industry Division of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Samir Gurbanov- Chairman of the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Vugar Majidli - Head of the Financing of Economic Domains Department of the Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Rashad Ismayilov - Head of Extractive Industries and Energy Division of Azerbaijan Investment Holding
