Azergold CJSC’s Supervisory Board changed

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order amending Presidential Order No. 2515 of February 22, 2021, "On approving the structure of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold CJSC."

Under this Order, the following composition of the AzerGold CJSC Supervisory Board was approved:

• Chairman of the Supervisory Board: 

Matin Eynullayev, Chief of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Executive Board of AIH

• Members of the Supervisory Board: 

Samad Bashirli, Head of the Industry Division of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Samir Gurbanov, Chairman of the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Vugar Majidli, Head of the Financing of Economic Domains Department of the Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Rashad Ismayilov, Head of the Extractive Industries and Energy Division of Azerbaijan Investment Holding
