Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company Supervisory Board’s composition approved

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the composition of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC.

Pursuant to the Order, the following composition of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Closed Joint-Stock Company was approved:

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Samir Sharifov, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Members of the Supervisory Board

Rahman Hummatov, Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Matin Eynullayev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan Investment Holding, Deputy Chief of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Zaur Gurbanov, Deputy CEO of Azerbaijan Investment Holding

Vugar Majidi, Head of the Finance of Economic Sectors Department of the Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
