Joint meeting of the Economic Council and AIH’s Supervisory Board held

On December 10, the agenda of the meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Economic Council and the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH), Ali Asadov included a presentation on the sustainable operation of SOCAR, as well as projects implemented by SOCAR and their development prospects, sources of financing for the implementation of the projects, the debt portfolio, and other current issues.

SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf delivered a presentation on the agenda items.

Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, Chief Executive Officer of the State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) Israfil Mammadov, and Chief Executive Officer of AIH Ruslan Alikhanov also delivered speeches at the meeting.

The members of the Economic Council and the Supervisory Board of AIH held discussions on the topics presented. At the conclusion of the meeting, relevant directives were issued to SOCAR and SOFAZ, with the consideration of the feedback and proposals of the Council members.
