An exchange ceremony for the Shareholders' Agreement between Azerbaijan Investment Holding and Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund JSC took place in Astana, with the participation of Mr. Ilham Aliyev and Mr. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, presidents of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, respectively, on July 3.
