Supervisory Board of "Tamiz Shahar" held its first meeting

The first meeting of Supervisory Board of “Tamiz Shahar” Joint-Stock Company (CJSC), which was reorganized based on the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 22, 2021 was held.

The meeting, chaired by Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev, was attended by members of Supervisory Board, CEO of “Tamiz Shahar” and other members.

Implementation of the follow-up tasks issued from relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the principles of corporate governance of Tamiz Shahar Open Joint-Stock Company, organization of the activity of Supervisory Board, and the main functions of Azerbaijan Investment Holding in the company's management system and other relevant issues were discussed at the meeting.
