BakuBus Supervisory Board held its next meeting

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of BakuBus LLC, which was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated the 30th of March 2021, was held.

The meeting, chaired by Deputy Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Elnur Aliyev, was attended by members of the Supervisory Board and senior officials of BakuBus LLC. The establishment of an Internal audit, the renewal of the organizational structure of the Company were discussed and appropriate decisions were made during the meeting.

Beside other issues on ensuring financial sustainability and improving Company's performance were discussed by the meeting participants.
