Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Supervisory Board held its next meeting

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Closed Joint-Stock Company (ASCO) was held on June 10, 2023.
In the meeting chaired by the Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov and attended by the members of the Supervisory Board and the management of ASCO, audited and consolidated financial statements of ASCO were presented and unanimously adopted following extensive discussions.
The meeting participants also reviewed and approved the implementation and management report of the Company's budget for 2022, as well as the price policy of the Company and the Strategic Action Plan for 2023.
Further discussions on other current issues of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping CJSC were held and relevant decisions were adopted during the meeting. 

The Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Closed Joint-Stock Company was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 11, 2021.
