AIH Supervisory Board held its next meeting

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding was held on the 26th of December under the chairmanship of Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding. The meeting discussed the principles and approaches to corporate management of portfolio companies, which have already been transferred and as a next stage in future, will be transferred to the management of Azerbaijan Investment Holding, including management models, structural and operational principles, and current issues related to the state-owned companies. The Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding made the relevant decisions on the corporate management of portfolio companies.
